About Kioko
Kioko was born with F1 aero pedigree to develop an AI-ready, high-accuracy CAD platform, fully suitable for industrial applications. Its proprietary CAD kernel is specifically tuned for high-performance applications such as automotive and defence. Early tests by industry experts demonstrate a step change in the speed of design similar to what Cursor is providing to the software industry. Backed by leading investors, we're scaling fast across the UK and Europe and are looking for an experienced Chief Growth Officer to lead our next phase of growth.
The Role
As our Chief Growth Officer, you will own the full commercial growth engine — from acquisition through expansion revenue. Sitting on the executive leadership team, you'll define and execute our go-to-market strategy, align marketing, sales, and product around growth outcomes, and be directly accountable for ARR targets.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a data-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build repeatable, scalable growth systems.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Own ARR and MRR growth targets, working closely with the CEO and CTO
- Drive pipeline generation, conversion rates, and sales velocity across inbound and outbound channels
- Lead expansion revenue strategy including upsell, cross-sell, and contract uplift
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute GTM strategy across UK and European markets
- Identify and prioritise new market segments, verticals, and acquisition channels
- Own pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Product and Finance
- Define grant strategies and execute applications
Growth Experimentation & Analytics
- Build and run a structured experimentation programme (A/B tests, channel tests, onboarding flows)
- Define and track key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, time-to-value
- Use data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and drive continuous improvement
Product-Led Growth
- Champion PLG motions including freemium, trials, and self-serve activation
- Partner with Product to embed growth loops into the core product experience
Team & Cross-functional Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor the growth, marketing, and SDR functions
- Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Report to the CEO
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment (Seed to Series A–C preferred)
- Deep expertise across the full growth funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Deep understanding of the CAD product landscape and strong network within the engineering community
- Strong analytical ability; comfortable working with CRM, BI tools, and attribution data
- Experience building and scaling GTM teams in the UK or European market
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at board and executive level
- Have the right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience selling engineer-focused platforms such as CAD/CAE
- Background in a vertical SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with GDPR-compliant marketing practices
- Previous P&L ownership or commercial leadership experience
What We Offer
- Commission-based, with base salary depending on experience, plus equity
- Equity / share options as part of a competitive total compensation package
- Performance-linked bonus tied to ARR targets
- Flexible working — hybrid model with London HQ base
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Diversity & Inclusion
Kioko is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. If you require any adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know.
